To receive payments, it is important to have a PayPal account linked to your ServiSpot profile. Payments are made securely through our platform and transferred to your PayPal account once the service is confirmed by the client.
Transactions outside the ServiSpot platform are strictly prohibited as stated in clause 4.2. This includes paying or receiving payments in cash. Violating this policy may result in account suspension, fines, and other legal consequences.
The ranking system is based on client evaluations after service completion. Conducting transactions through the platform allows clients to rate their service providers, which directly influences their ranking. Higher-ranked professionals receive more service offers and are highlighted by our algorithm.
Accounts may be blocked due to violations of our terms of service or suspicious activities detected by our system. This includes but is not limited to fraudulent activities, repeated infractions, or misuse of the platform.
To unblock your account, please contact our support team for assistance. It is important to avoid repeated infractions, as multiple account blocks may result in permanent account cancellation.
