ServiSpot is a platform that connects service providers with clients and provides a ranking system for the best providers in different regions, including provinces and cities. Our goal is to facilitate the search for reliable and high-quality services.

Payments made directly to the service provider outside the platform are strictly prohibited and constitute fraud, subjecting the offender to legal penalties, fines, and account cancellation. ServiSpot is not responsible for disputes or incidents arising from transactions conducted outside the platform.

By using the platform, users agree to pay a 5% service fee plus a CAD 0.33 service charge to ServiSpot. This fee applies to both clients and service providers and is a small contribution to ensure the quality and convenience offered by the platform. The fee is automatically deducted as a percentage from the payment made by the client to the service provider.
As established in clause 4.2, the payment amount is directed straight to the service provider. In cases of service failure or incorrect payment, ServiSpot will contact the provider to facilitate the client's refund. ServiSpot is available to mediate refund issues between providers and clients, provided the established clauses are respected, especially clause 4.3. The refund will be processed deducting the ServiSpot service fee.
Service providers can request withdrawals at any time. Withdrawals requested on Fridays will be processed and transferred on the same day. Withdrawals requested on other days will be processed and transferred on the next Friday at 6 AM.
